Group Therapy also helps you know and feel that you are not alone, and listening to others helps you put your own situation into perspective.
My Group Therapy settings consists of 3 to 10 group members and are a welcoming space where you will:
- learn proven strategies for dealing with specific problems.
- feel comfortable working on new skills and behaviors.
- get helpful feedback in real time, and
- gain new insights and questions you can bring to individual therapy that will accelerate your personal growth.
Group Therapy will also help you look at situations in a new, less frightening way, develop better ways to deal with stress, and more effectively solve problems that arise in your life.
